With over 20 years of experience of preparing sushi, Chef Z is an expert in Japanese Cuisine. Chef Z passion is in creating a culinary experience for the new avid "sushi-lover" as well as a traditional taste for the expert "sushi-lover".

Kiraku (気楽 - Happy, Comfort) Sushi and Chef Z goal is to make all customers happy and feel at comfort with enjoying our traditional Sushi along with many specialty dishes, for the modern day or traditional customer.
